Annual allocation targets
How available funds are intended to support the work
These percentages are annual targets for available funds, not a report of money received or spent. Actual results may vary, and this policy does not authorize an automatic payment, purchase, or advertising campaign.

What “available funds” means
Available funds are unrestricted receipts plus net merchandise proceeds. Net merchandise proceeds are merchandise receipts after separately reported refunds, chargebacks, payment-processing fees, applicable tax obligations, and direct merchandise production, fulfillment, and shipping costs.
Those deductions are shown separately before allocation. Costs assigned to one of the five operating categories are not also deducted when calculating available funds; that would count the same cost twice.
Quarterly reporting
After a quarter has complete receipted records, the project intends to publish a summary of gross receipts, each permitted deduction, available funds, actual spending by category, and ending cash. A report will not be published from missing or unverified records, and a blank period will not be presented as a zero-activity report.
These disclosures do not state that Fathers Are Parents Project is a registered charity or that payments are tax-deductible.
